Shipping

​

All items will be carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible, usually the other day after payment is received.

 

Shipping price is price for standard shipping.

If you require the item to be shipped with tracking number, please select an option WITH TRACKING NUMBER  in your cart. If you are missing this option, please let me know in advance through email info.alizidesign@gmail.com and I will add it for you.

 

Unfortunately I can´t be responsible for the failure of the post service - in case that the package is delivered with the big delay or gets lost.

 

Please make sure, your Shipping address is correct before you checkout.

 

Delivery takes about 2-5 days to Germany, Slovak, and other EU countries. Delivery time depends on location.

 

If you didn´t find the destination country in the shipping list, don´t hesitate to contact me, I will check the conditions for delivery to your country and send you details about shipping price. Then I will set the delivery destination for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with purchase, please let me know trough email (info.alizidesign@gmail.com) Then I will ask you to ship the item back  in unused condition within two weeks after receiving it. After the item arrives back, I will reimburse the items purchase price. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
